This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on programs and services offered by Fitness With Nishant.
1. Digital Programs
Due to the digital nature of fitness programs, all sales are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
2. Coaching Programs
Refund eligibility depends on the type of program purchased.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
- The client has not accessed or downloaded program materials.
3. Trial Programs
Trial classes or discounted introductory offers are non-refundable.
4. Program Commitment
Some programs require a minimum commitment period. If you choose to discontinue early, remaining fees may not be refunded.
5. Exceptional Cases
Refund requests due to medical emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with supporting documentation.
6. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
